Time to revisit essays. First we'll be looking at thesis statements again. Consider these topics - write a thesis statement for each one. Remember we want our thesis statements to be:
- Direct responses to the question.
- Be provable - and falsifiable. This means it needs to be a statement that requires evidence to support, and it needs to be an argument someone can attempt to refute.

4. Should
students be able to get free condoms at school?
5. Should
students who commit cyberbullying be suspended from school?

students be allowed to eat during class?
8. Should
more be done to protect and preserve endangered animals?
9. Is
it appropriate for students and teachers to be friends on Facebook?
